Ground Breaking

“Shown, representatives from Hartz Mountain Industries, CBRE, the Town of Huntington and the SCIDA were on hand to celebrate the groundbreaking for Hartz Mountain Industries’ two-building industrial complex at 90 Ruland and 235 Pinelawn Road. The state-of-the-art facilities, known as the LI ECommerce Center, will offer nearly 900,000 sq. ft. of industrial and logistics space adjacent to the Long Island Expressway. Expected to be completed and ready for occupancy in Q1 2022, 90 Ruland Road will deliver first. The facility will boast a warehouse totaling 232,920 sq. ft., 40’ ceilings and excellent loading, as well as up to13,580 sq. ft. of office space on the first floor. 235 Pinelawn Road will be available Q3 2022 and offer 569,225 sq. ft. of warehouse space, 40’ ceilings and up to 30,758 sq. ft. of office space on the ground floor.”
